steep uphill’s to Namche Bazaar. Including the cold morning and night time with freezing temperatures. Minimum of 10 to maximum of 70 years old. For below under 18 must be accompanied by parents and guardians. All trekkers must have Travel and Medical Insurance in case of unfortunate accidents and illness. Sometimes, the Helicopter flight can be delayed or canceled due to bad weather conditions. Travelers should be aware of all the unfortunate situations, if arise.
