Clifton Tilley

Cliff is an avid trekker and world traveler. Growing up in the very flat state of Connecticut, he dreamed of one day visiting the Himalayas. In 2009, he made his first trip to Nepal and trekked in the Langtang, Khumbu, Mustang and Kanchenjunga regions of Nepal. Though he has trekked all over North and South America, Nepal is his favorite destination. He loves the diverse and spectacular landscapes, the rich Hindu, Buddhist and Bon cultures, and most of all the friends and people he's met along the way. He has trekked in almost every trekking region of Nepal and hopes to one day complete the entire Great Himalaya Trail. His current dream is to one day trek from Upper Dolpo to Nar Phu, through the ancient Kingdom of Mustang. When he's not on the trail, Cliff splits his time between Northern Washington and the Alaskan Arctic, where he works for a tour company. Cliff is excited to share with you his passion for trekking and to help you plan your own Himalayan adventure!
